Easy buying experience with a respectable staff! I first visited the website to look at their inventory and then called in and spoke with Elliot to ask additional questions. He invited me into the showroom and promised me an easy deal with no haggle. When I arrived at the showroom my vehicle was ready for the test drive even though I had already went through the approval process over the phone which took about 10 minutes. Elliott was very professional and knowledgeable. Elliott made me feel very comfortable and was very nice to work with. Overall I am satisfied with this buying experience and I would highly recommend if anyone's looking for a new or used vehicle to go on down and leave what you want! Feeling as though we just had the cliché car buying experience that I have had so many times in the past. Where it wasn’t about me, it was solely based on how much possible money can this company get out of this customer. While the initial contact with the sales guy wasn’t poor, every minute longer we stayed the more I realized how bad of an idea that it was that we came in. The car business is still a business. They're supposed to get as much money as possible, it would be a lie if we said that wasn’t the case. But my hope is that you at least don’t make people FEEL like that’s the ONLY goal. Monday, you guys we’re on our side. I FELT like you were on our side. I don’t think it was by coincidence that we walked away from the other Honda dealership. Thank you for your patience, the conversations in between the paper work, the laughs, finding ways to be relatable, and above all serving my husband and I first. The culture that the Wilde family has created does not go unnoticed. Both of your customer service skills surpassed 10’s. I know it was a late night for you both, but we we’re incredibly grateful that Jim Sweeney was our sales guy and Michael we had you for finance. 72 hours later and I’m still absolutely in love with the vehicle I am driving. The Honda pilot has surpassed my expectations and while I’d like to say you will have my business in the future, I feel as though I can say with confidence that won’t be for a while because I have no intentions of trading this one in. Even though we went Saturday night right before their doors closed, we were never treated as a bother or rushed. This was my brothers first car buying experience and Elliot and Michael took the time to not only listen but explain things to him in a way that he could understand. My brother was on a time restraint due to being active military. Since Monday was a holiday and banks were closed, we thought that we were stuck. However, Greg was able to accommodate my brother and find a resolution that worked for everyone. A+++ service. I highly recommend them and will be going to them when I need a new vehicle, despite living over 2 hours away. More
