Michael Malmsbury, Sales Representative, offered his assistance as my daughter and I looked at all the new cars. Michael listened to what was important to us in purchasing a car, offered information and details of the different cars and available options. We were most impressed with the Civic EX-T. My daughter needed to go back to school & work, during which time I let Michael know that I intended to surprise my daughter with a new car for her birthday. Michael answered all my questions and explained the details not only of the car, but also the purchase options. But, Michael also focused on my intention to surprise my daughter with her new car. He went beyond any expectation I had and drove the car to my home so that when she came home during spring break, her best birthday present ever was there as the garage door opened. Michael made sure the car was perfectly clean & shiny and even adjusted the Birthday balloon on it. Buying a new car is always exciting, but this will always be so very meaningfully memorable. Michael's dedication to customer satisfaction resulted in my daughter getting a great car and the best birthday ever, an ultimate blessing for me. Steve Himmel fully explained the financing part of our purchase. His professional expertise and patience allowed us to make the best financing decisions and finalize our purchase. Before my daughter drove off with her new car, Michael Malmsbury gave her a thorough Civic EX-T inservice. I was amazed to learn there were even more computerized features in this car. Today at work I was telling everyone what a great experience I had a Wilde Honda of Sarasota. I could barely finish my story, when one of my co-workers interrupted me and began describing his great experience at Wilde Honda and before I could get work in edge wise, he said that he was assisted by Michael Malms....then I finished his sentence...bury! We are confident that we made the best decision in purchasing the 2016 Honda Civic EX-T. More

The following day, we went back - Michael greeted me by name, remembered everything my wife had said about our car needs and knew everything there is to know about the car. While we were there we also test drove a Fit EX. Again, Michael demonstrated knowledge of every aspect of the car, answered all our questions, and was very pleasant to deal with. We decided to wait on the CR-V and get a Fit for me with my wife driving our SRX until we decided to trade it. Every aspect of the buying experience was pleasant, even the settling on trade-in value. Michael was straight forward, honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We both felt that we had been treated respectfully and fairly. When it's time to replace the SRX, we'll be dealing with Michael. More

Dread Not! I dreaded having to go to a car dealership to find my next new car but I needed one. Since I have had good luck with Honda, I went to the local Wilde I dreaded having to go to a car dealership to find my next new car but I needed one. Since I have had good luck with Honda, I went to the local Wilde dealership here in Sarasota. The next thing I dread is talking to a car salesman. In my experience they are pushy though sometimes in subtle ways, not particularly knowledgeable about the cars they have to offer, direct you to the high GP offerings and finally are not very flexible when it comes to pricing. I needn’t have worried since with the luck of a draw we, my wife and I, ended up with Michael. We looked at everything from a Fit to a Pilot which we own at present. For me the main thing was to find a comfortable car but smaller than an SUV. Well after more than 2 hours of trying on cars, yes like a suit, we decided on an Accord. If it hadn’t been for Michael’s interest, attention and unflagging patience I am sure I would have walked off the lot after 30 minutes. Yes we struck a deal which would have been easily accomplished were it not for disagreement over the value of my trade in. With sales management help that too was worked through successfully. At this point my wife and I were quite satisfied but Michael was not done. We came back the next day to pick up the car he spent another hour going through the features of the car, not just directing us to a video but while sitting in the car with us went through all the features of the new car. Believe me that was a BIG help to us! I think we tend often only to give feedback when something doesn’t go right. I knew I wanted a pre-owned Honda Fit and we checked online and in person, both in Sarasota and Bradenton. We found lots of new cars but very few pre-owned ones. Last evening, I contacted Wilde Honda online and, within minutes, Michael Malmsbury responded. After two quick phone conversations, he knew what I was looking for and told me he had found 3 cars that might work. This afternoon, we looked at one of the cars Michael had selected and we ended up buying that one. Not only did it fit the year and price, but it was also very clean and appeared to be well taken care of. Michael made everything easy because he listened to what I told him and he knew what he had available. I have never seen a more energetic, courteous and mindful salesperson -- let alone a "used car salesman". He even found my cell phone in the car we had test-driven because he overheard me when I told my husband I had misplaced it. Talk about going above and beyond! I saw on the internet that they had a 2014 CRV that is one of the few cars that can be 4 wheel towed. My wife and I were met by Mike Malmsbury and he was very knowledgeable about the procedures for towing. He showed me the car and all of the features on it. After a test drive we decided to purchase it. Mike was very helpful during the purchasing procedure, not to "pushy" or trying to sell me unwanted add on products.
