I knew I wanted a pre-owned Honda Fit and we checked online and in person, both in Sarasota and Bradenton. We found lots of new cars but very few pre-owned ones. Last evening, I contacted Wilde Honda online and, within minutes, Michael Malmsbury responded. After two quick phone conversations, he knew what I was looking for and told me he had found 3 cars that might work. This afternoon, we looked at one of the cars Michael had selected and we ended up buying that one. Not only did it fit the year and price, but it was also very clean and appeared to be well taken care of. Michael made everything easy because he listened to what I told him and he knew what he had available. I have never seen a more energetic, courteous and mindful salesperson -- let alone a "used car salesman". He even found my cell phone in the car we had test-driven because he overheard me when I told my husband I had misplaced it. Talk about going above and beyond! We had a very happy experience instead of the bad one we expected. We are looking forward to recommending Wilde Honda and Michael in the future. Answered all of our questions and never treated us as a pain.Nor did he once judge us (He only Understood with true compassion)He Worked very hard to get us in this car at just the right price and HE DID!!! More than fair actually and all in all we received a great deal (A AWESOME MINT Cond. I saw on the internet that they had a 2014 CRV that is one of the few cars th I recently purchased a motor home and needed a vehicle to tow behind it. I saw on the internet that they had a 2014 CRV that is one of the few cars that can be 4 wheel towed. My wife and I were met by Mike Malmsbury and he was very knowledgeable about the procedures for towing. He showed me the car and all of the features on it. After a test drive we decided to purchase it. Mike was very helpful during the purchasing procedure, not to "pushy" or trying to sell me unwanted add on products. 2015 Honda CRV I had been looking at a few cars in Naples where I live and I had wanted a Honda. So my dad had been to Wilde Honda before and worked with Michael Malmsbury and had an amazing experience so we decided to go there. I looked at a few different cars that I was interested in and I finally settled on the 2015 Honda CR-V Ex model. Michael was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond for me unlike the Naples dealership did. He knew I was on a fixed budget and was able to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. He showed me everything about my car and spent so much time going over everything with me. It was definitely worth the drive to Sarasota to get the car that I wanted. I can't thank Michael Malmsbury for everything he did for me and I will definitely be back for my next car! He also was very prompt in all of the follow ups that we had and in returning telephone calls. Most importantly, Michael was patient and professional with my mother. He listened to her concerns and questions and was very careful to provide answers in a way that she could process and understand the answer. He also provided a tutorial of the features on the car which was extremely thorough and complete. Always asking if she wanted more information and suggesting that even after she had taken the car home to write down her questions and come and see him as long as she wanted.
