2015 Honda CRV I had been looking at a few cars in Naples where I live and I had wanted a Honda. So my dad had been to Wilde Honda before and worked with Michael Malmsbury and had an amazing experience so we decided to go there. I looked at a few different cars that I was interested in and I finally settled on the 2015 Honda CR-V Ex model. Michael was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond for me unlike the Naples dealership did. He knew I was on a fixed budget and was able to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. He showed me everything about my car and spent so much time going over everything with me. It was definitely worth the drive to Sarasota to get the car that I wanted. I can't thank Michael Malmsbury for everything he did for me and I will definitely be back for my next car! He also was very prompt in all of the follow ups that we had and in returning telephone calls. Most importantly, Michael was patient and professional with my mother. He listened to her concerns and questions and was very careful to provide answers in a way that she could process and understand the answer. He also provided a tutorial of the features on the car which was extremely thorough and complete. Always asking if she wanted more information and suggesting that even after she had taken the car home to write down her questions and come and see him as long as she wanted. I worked with a very knowledgeable and pleasant Wilde salesperson named Michael Malmsbury. I would recommend him highly. I am a very busy mom, wife and teacher, went in on my own, and was treated with professionalism and respect. I had done my homework and took a test drive. The Wilde price was reasonable, so it didn't take long to reach an agreement. When I finished the paperwork with the finance person, Steve, I was also impressed at his sense of humor and professionalism. Lastly, before it was time to drive my car home, Michael walked me through the many controls and workings of my Pilot until I was comfortable with them. Since it was my first time buying a car, I was not familiar with the process. Michael Malmsbury was very patient with me and walked me through every step of the process. I visited other dealerships before stopping at Wilde Honda and I felt nowhere near as comfortable as I did there. Everyone was very kind and understanding, and the overall atmosphere of the dealership was fantastic! Being a recent college graduate, I also needed to find something I could afford on top of many student loans. I received a very affordable deal, and I am really enjoying my Prius C! More
