I searched all of Florida for a barely used Honda Odyssey and Wilde Honda came up with the best prices. I took a 2 hour trip there to test drive and bargain for the car. My salesman was Michael Malmsbury. He and Wilde Honda came up with the best prices. I took a 2 hour trip there to test drive and bargain for the car. My salesman was Michael Malmsbury. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and didn't mind taking me and the family on multiple test drives of multiple Odysseys. We got a great deal on our Odyssey, and I was impressed with Michael from start to finish. I'd recommend Michael and Wilde Honda to anyone. More

My wife and I were recently in the market for a new vehicle and I sent an e-mail to Wilde Honda to see if they did leases. Shortly after the e-mail I got a call from Michael Malmsbury who confirmed tha vehicle and I sent an e-mail to Wilde Honda to see if they did leases. Shortly after the e-mail I got a call from Michael Malmsbury who confirmed that leases were available and we made an appointment for the next afternoon.Michael was very friendly and professional and patiently took me through several options and took me for a test drive in a civic which I loved. I decided that based on the length of the lease and the money I would still owe if I chose to buy the car at the end of the lease that it made more sense for me to buy. I told him I wanted to look at some other makes and models before deciding and he was fine with that, no pressure to try to get me to buy right then. Before leaving I called my wife who is a honda fan and we decided to buy the car. I financed with honda so there was quite a bit of paperwork to review and sign. After the deal was completed and the car had been registered to me we made an appointment to pick up the car the next afternoon. When we arrived to pick up the car my wife was, to say the least, less than thrilled with the color I had chosen. She asked Michael if she could choose another color which meant re-doing all the paperwork and he cheerfully said yes, that he absolutely wanted us to be completely satisfied with our new vehicle. He arranged for all the paperwork to be re-done and had a sense of humor and complete patience the whole time. My wife is thrilled with the car and told me at home that night that Michael was the nicest sales person she had ever dealt with. So if you need a new car and want a great car at a great price with outstanding warranty options, go to Wilde and ask for Michael. More

I've been searching for a very particular car - make/model/year of pre-owned Hyundai, not a Honda - for a month. Visited, talked and communicated to more than 15 dealers. When I saw first reply from Michael Malmsbury at Wilde Honda in the email, I could immediately tell I am dealing with intelligent person. He was right on spot to my questions, you can tell he has read very carefully my own offer I have sent to the dealership. He was straightforward and direct, really open. He understood I was a very informed buyer and talked to me business. I have replied with my position and left it open for negotiations. Several minutes after I sent the email, I got a call from Michael and we arranged to meet so I can test drive the car. At the negotiations Michael showed extreme professionalism and hospitality, changing my opinion about an industry with a very bad reputation (confirmed to some extent by my own experience). Again, no useless games, not even a trace of sleaziness and artificial pressure I have seen with other car dealer salesmen. Next morning I was in the back for the loan. Mike was very patient with a few delays in the process, he stayed with us and offered not just drinks and snacks, but shared stories from his life and listen to us too. I am really amazed by how smooth the process was, by everyone we saw in this dealership - the way they talk to client, the way they approach offers. People usually are looking to buy a particular car they like in advance. But I won't be surprised if the next car I buy will be determined by the experience with this dealer, not the make. And no wonder - with the unbelievable level of service and openness to negotiate reasonably and realistically I saw in Wilde Honda and especially Michael Malmsbury. You just know you will get the best deal and be treated as real customer - something that you won't find in most of the other dealerships. More

We live in Naples fl. About 2 hours away from where Michael is at Wilde Honda. My husband did absolutely everything with him via telephone, Internet and ups. It was so easy and simple it was finished in just a few days. I must say that I don't believe it would have happened as quickly and affitiantly had we not been using Michael. He was so professional and thorough with absolutely everything. And when I drove up to pick up my new car he was so patient and informative as he sat with me the whole time and educated me on my new vehicle. The dealers in our town were not willing to go the extra mile to get us what we were looking for and accommodate us. But Michael at Wilde Honda was. I recommend this dealer, especially Michael to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle in sw Florida. More

In June 2011 I was looking for a new Honda Element. After visiting 2 other Honda dealerships I thought I was done but than I went online and did a vehicle inquiry. Michael got back to me right away. Quite simply, when a person walks into Wilde Honda, they are getting the unique experience of being welcomed as a friend, a neighbor, and as a human and being offered one of the strongest automotive product are getting the unique experience of being welcomed as a friend, a neighbor, and as a human and being offered one of the strongest automotive products : HONDA. My new car experience was a little unique. The company I work for does business with many of the local dealerships in Sarasota, Venice and Bradenton. So Iv gotten to see all the different dealers from a completely different angle than the average person. From the very beginning, Wilde Honda set itself apart. During business, the GM and Sales Managers ( Skip Strasburg, R.G. Stathas, J. Alexander, Craig McGregor) were just very genuine, very nice, very fair and very kind. Qualities that just are not displayed in most business dealings these days. After a couple years of seeing this consistancy of character from the leaders of this dealership, I knew without a shadow of a doubt, I would give my own personal business to these people. I have never owned a Honda before and had many questions. I was thrilled when Craig McGregor took time out of his busy day to speak with me regarding my future Honda. J Alexander, Craig, and R.G. each spoke with me several times, without pressure to me, about the many great vehicles offered by Honda. Even Skip kindly shared his personal experiences and really took the time to welcome me into what I'm calling the "Wilde Honda experience." Micheal Malmsbury is my salesman and he is fantanstic! I say 'is' because he has sent me a birthday card and still calls to make sure I'm loving my new 2011 CRV. I'm honestly stunned that Micheal has taken the time and still takes the time to do this act of recognition. He knowledgably explained the HONDA CRV to me and went out of his way for my convienance. I cannot stress enough how impressed and pleased I have been to have the experience of knowledgable and consistent advice from the Wilde Honda staff, especially, Maicheal Malmsbury. Even in the finance office at Wilde, I had the pleasant surprise in the face of Lon Vickery. In the past, the finance box has meant a stony-faced person pushing me into various and asundry extras. Lon explained options and chatted happily with me! Wow! I love...LOVE.. my 2011 Honda CRV that came fully equipped with comfort, vehicle traction control, fuel economy, and plenty of room for my son, the dog, and beach supplies! This experience was just completely unlike my previous car buying/leasing experiences. I left Wilde Honda with my new vehicle thrilled, informed and relaxed! I still consider this experience with Wilde as a miracle and example that happy people and happy 'cars' do exist! I have named my 2011 Honda CRV "Angel" and I take my "Angel" to Mark in the Wilde Honda service drive. I hope all my friends and associates get to have similar experiences! Thank you Wilde Honda! He explained everything in detail, called me and kept me up-to-date on the status of the car (which had to be ordered from another location), gave me a thorough "training" on all aspects of the car once it came in to the dealership, and continued to follow up even after I took delivery of the car. He is probably one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with, and I would highly recommend him to my friends. More
