My friends and family call me Goose. I have been in the car business for 12 years and have sold just about every make and brand out there. I am currently coming up on my fifth year with Toyota and have been at Weiss Toyota since July of 2016. Born and raised in St. Louis. Some of my hobbies are fishing, golf, kickball and spending time with family and friends. Working at Weiss Toyota has been one of the best experiences of my automotive career and I look forward to many more years to come!!

Dear manager You are asking what it is that your Dealership could do to earn a five star rating, so it got me thinking, and here are the following possibilities to consider for the future: 1) everyone on the staff should think Customer first… Should think about what the customer needs and could benefit from. The philosophy has to start from the top And then it will tickle down. And it needs to be 100% genuine, where everyone on the team is participating in a special experience. 2) educational, passion, and creativity…… By this, I mean that today, given how complex car decision making can be, the salesforce needs to have a way of making "packages "understandable in lay terms. The salesforce needs to design strategies for training, perspective, buyers… For building a relationship where in everyone is learning together. So if the above two were implemented fully, I do think a five star rating would then be the appropriate rating. To make this clear, my less than five star rating does NOT find fault with my sales rep. Nor with any individual. Put my above comments, deal Moore with special elements that are systemically missing,
