Mike and Jake were great! Dealt them over the internet. Mike reached out to us first and provided a detailed price quote for the Outback we were interested. He responded to my questions via texting promptly. Jake touched bases with us as well. Price quoted was what I expected, based on my research. Then we mentioned our trade. Again, it was a fair offer. Came in, test drove the car, they looked at the Outback we were trading in. It was easy and pleasant. Jake spent a lot of time with us going over all of the safety functions of our new car before as well as the apps on the touch screen. Overall, a really good experience. Jake deserves a raise. More

After getting tired of the other Subaru dealers, haldemans manager Mike Manna reached out to me by text and gave me a fair deal on the car I wanted, and gave me a great interest rate. I walked in there and the car was pulled up and the paperwork was filled out and I just looked it over , they asked if it was okay and I was out in about 3 hours after DMV stuff and whatnot with my crazy 2 year old screaming all over the place. The salesman Al was amazing, friendly, patient ... and he gave my kid his personal snacks. I wasn’t going to trade my car in since I had a loan and they gave me a fair price on it so I had a bit of a down payment. Just really painless and no bulllll!!!! Thanks Ken in financing as well More
