There was no hassle and minimal stress (I mean, a car purchase has some inherent built-in baseline stress). I really think this experience was as good as it could be based off of Erik's involvement. You never know what you're going to get with a car salesman, but my wife and I felt immediately at ease after just a few minutes of conversation.
