Amazing After suffering a rear end colission, my old car was a total loss. Doing some research with multiple vehicles I ended up with choosing a Honda. I arri After suffering a rear end colission, my old car was a total loss. Doing some research with multiple vehicles I ended up with choosing a Honda. I arrived and got in to the wrong area, Cary greeted us and directed us to the sales area. The whole time he was attentive, concerned about our comfort level etc because buying a car takes a while. After many waters and laughs, and about 3 1/2 hours of waiting for paperwork, Cary still took the time to make us feel safe and helped prepare the new car, as well as planning on returning our rental. I drove out there with a good experience, good people, and knowing that I can trust them enough to recommend then to friends and family. Thank you Honda Family! 🥰 More

A reasonably quick and easy new lease. My wife and son took my car in for maintenance and the lease was almost up so she started asking about how to handle the end of the lease. She called me to tell me we could trade it in and upgrade right then. I started driving down to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. They started the paperwork and when I got there, I just had to pick the color and sign the paperwork. Mike and Steven and Dan has everything ready for me. More

Got my DREAM CAR! Where to start, the overall experience was amazing, and I was treated as family since I walked through the door. I knew I wanted the Honda Civic Type Where to start, the overall experience was amazing, and I was treated as family since I walked through the door. I knew I wanted the Honda Civic Type R and I knew it wasn't going to be easy to find. However, they worked with me, and BAM I got my dream car! None of the employees were pushy, bullies, or made me feel rushed. Anytime I had a question or concern was helped and reassured very quickly. Truly wonderful establishment that goes out of their way to provide the best service, and takes pride in doing so. Steven Alamillo deserves immense appreciation, he helped me a ton, and continues to help me. Quick to respond, and extremely knowledgeable! Awful sale A couple weeks ago I was traveling to Arizona from Alabama for vacation in my older Honda model , to keep it short my car had engine failures so I de A couple weeks ago I was traveling to Arizona from Alabama for vacation in my older Honda model , to keep it short my car had engine failures so I decided I will need an emergency upgrade while passing thru, upon arrival I was not greeted or payed attention waited about an hour to finally speak to somebody, they gave me a lowball offer of 300 for my trade in without checking my car , they wouldn’t help me finance a car that was 23k with a 20,000 down payment imagine that , couldn’t even negotiated a cash price to help someone in need , they wouldn’t believe I had that kind of cash , kept taking smoke breaks on me pretending they was discussing my financial status , I had no choice but to go to my bank and get a cashiers check of the 23k , once they seen the money was on the way with the help of one of their Errand boys that called it in.... the whole experience was just awful if it weren’t for the situation I was in and that the time ran out on me I wouldvw never bought a car here or with the salesmen that took care of my sale More

AVOID GARCIA CAR ESTABLISHMENTS AVOID GARCIA HONDA AND OTHER GARCIA ESTABLISHMENTS AS THEY WILL WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME! 9/6/17: Garcia Honda Visit Was about to commit to purc AVOID GARCIA HONDA AND OTHER GARCIA ESTABLISHMENTS AS THEY WILL WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME! 9/6/17: Garcia Honda Visit Was about to commit to purchasing a vehicle, contingent upon a weird vibration/noise being resolved on their vehicle. Sales manager (MIKE) agreed to give me the balance of my car loan for my trade. When it came to putting pen to paper, I was offered $600 less than the agreed trade value. I explicitly stated I needed the balance of my loan for my trade and that was agreed on before we got to this stage. After I complained, they acted like it was no big deal and then the Sales Manager says he has to call his director to get approval, then states they can only do $1500 less than my balance. So it went from $600 less to $1500 less? xxx kind of sales tactic does this dealer teach its employees? Why even open your doors to the public because you're obviously not trying to sell cars. You lost a sale over trying to squeeze me for an extra $600, then became more greedy by trying to get $1500 out of me. Obviously I told them to go fly a kite and walked out. It's probably for the best as the car was probably a lemon and had been on the lot 3 months already. I won't buy from any dealer with the Garcia name and I caution everyone to do the same. More
