fabulous sales manager! I helped my daughter buy a car long distance from Michael McKinnon, the sales manager. He is, by far, one of the nicest car sales people I have ever I helped my daughter buy a car long distance from Michael McKinnon, the sales manager. He is, by far, one of the nicest car sales people I have ever worked with. He made the deal happen flawlessly and was very easy to work with all along the way. I highly recommend him. More

Superior Service and Salesmanship Cary was outstanding and extremely friendly throughout our process and was always on the ball whenever we had questions or required information. Mike McKinnon was excellent in his service to us also! We would highly recommend Garcia Honda to anyone wishing to purchase a New or Used vehicle. More

AVOID GARCIA CAR ESTABLISHMENTS AVOID GARCIA HONDA AND OTHER GARCIA ESTABLISHMENTS AS THEY WILL WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME! 9/6/17: Garcia Honda Visit Was about to commit to purc AVOID GARCIA HONDA AND OTHER GARCIA ESTABLISHMENTS AS THEY WILL WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME! 9/6/17: Garcia Honda Visit Was about to commit to purchasing a vehicle, contingent upon a weird vibration/noise being resolved on their vehicle. Sales manager (MIKE) agreed to give me the balance of my car loan for my trade. When it came to putting pen to paper, I was offered $600 less than the agreed trade value. I explicitly stated I needed the balance of my loan for my trade and that was agreed on before we got to this stage. After I complained, they acted like it was no big deal and then the Sales Manager says he has to call his director to get approval, then states they can only do $1500 less than my balance. So it went from $600 less to $1500 less? xxx kind of sales tactic does this dealer teach its employees? Why even open your doors to the public because you're obviously not trying to sell cars. You lost a sale over trying to squeeze me for an extra $600, then became more greedy by trying to get $1500 out of me. Obviously I told them to go fly a kite and walked out. It's probably for the best as the car was probably a lemon and had been on the lot 3 months already. I won't buy from any dealer with the Garcia name and I caution everyone to do the same. More
