The level of professionalism at Naples Acura is 2nd to none. After a bad experience at another Acura Dealer, I was hesitant to even consider another dealer, but I was contacted by Matthew Corio from Naple none. After a bad experience at another Acura Dealer, I was hesitant to even consider another dealer, but I was contacted by Matthew Corio from Naples Acura. His courtesy and level of professionalism was wonderful. During our first visit I was greeted immediately and the Sale manager Joe Eisenberg came by to ensure we were being taken care of. I test drove the care and the following evening I brought my wife to drive the car and decided that we wanted to purchase it. Matthew was not there, but Sparky Meadows completed the sale. Sparky was incredibly helpful and spent time with my wife helping set the RDX up to her preferences. Even the "Painful" finance part was made enjoyable by Marianne. The entire team made the experience so smooth and pleasant. I can't recommend Naples Acura enough. One of the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. More

I had a great buying experience at Naples Acura. My 2015 MDX was in for routine service, so I started browsing at new vehicles. I ended up leasing a new MDX. I worked with Sparky Meador, Norm Johnston and Scott Foster. They were all very professional and helpful in my decision to lease a new vehicle. Because the vehicle was being registered in another state where I am a resident, the process took much longer. Despite the extra time it took to complete the transaction, the entire team was patient and spent hours making the deal work favorably for me. Marianne Sullivan in financing was also patient and helpful during the process to get my credit freeze lifted and the lease terms approved. I recommend the dealership and team I worked with without hesitation. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. More
