I have leased with Acura for many years, always dealing with the same sales person. After learning of his passing, I was apprehensive about my upcoming turn in/new lease. I had brought my RDX in for servic with the same sales person. After learning of his passing, I was apprehensive about my upcoming turn in/new lease. I had brought my RDX in for service, and while speaking with my service consultant, expressed my apprehension. He understood and immediately put me in contact with Michael "Sparky" Meador. Mr. Meador, prefers to be called Sparky, greeted me as soon as he entered the building and proceeded to assist me for the next two hours in helping me feel comfortable in leasing a new RDX. He, along with Joe Eisenberg, made me feel relaxed and valued as a returning customer. They took the time to work with me on payment options that best suited my needs. Several days later, I returned to finish the lease requirements and pick up my new vehicle. The car was prepped and ready for me. Again, Sparky and Joe did their utmost best to accommodate my needs and secure the vehicle. Sparky spent at least one hour going over the many features inside the vehicle, patiently listening to and answering my many inquiries. I then moved to sign documents with Ted in Finance. I must say, I have not laughed as much or enjoyed signing financial documents as much as I did while in his company. He was friendly, charismatic, and full of stories that have me laughing still today. I cannot state enough how wonderful an experience this was for me. Knowing my doubt and apprehension in re-leasing again, these three gentlemen, with their professionalism, consideration, and graciousness made me feel fortunate to be a long time Acura customer. I certainly hope they are commended for their presence and performance. I know I express sincere appreciation to all three. More
