I located a used 2018 Honda Odyssey that match what I was looking for on Auto Trader at Naples Acura and from the time I walk in and met Matthew I have to say no one disappointed me. Matthew was very knowle looking for on Auto Trader at Naples Acura and from the time I walk in and met Matthew I have to say no one disappointed me. Matthew was very knowledgeable and professional and that carried on thru the test drive of the van and the negotiations. And when Joe the sale manager came in to answer some questions we were able to finalize the deal. I feel he was very reasonable and we came to a fair price. Maryanne was very through and fast with the paperwork which we fill out in what they called a clean room, nice touch. I was able to walk out of the dealership with a freshly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas. I had to go back a few days later to the dealership because I had a small issue with the vehicle and some operating question. Matthew was off, but Joe was there to take care of my issue and Michael step in for Matthew to answer my operating questions, nice service after the sale. As I said before I was not disappointed. More
