Naples Acura once again reigns supreme I just picked up my fourth vehicle ( 2018 MDX Tech ) from Naples Acura and once again it was the easiest and seamless transfer . Sparky had all the p I just picked up my fourth vehicle ( 2018 MDX Tech ) from Naples Acura and once again it was the easiest and seamless transfer . Sparky had all the paperwork in order and the entire transaction from start to finish took less than hour as I have grown accustom too in doing business with this dealership. Although I live on the east coast of Florida ( about 90 miles away) , it has always been well worth the travel to get my vehicles from Naples Acura. I currently have two ( 2) Acura vehicle leases from Naples Acura and yes, when my daughter's car lease expires next April, we will get yet another vehicle from Naples Acura. They , at Naples Acura, shoot straight and NEVER play games as seems to be norm over on my coast. The product has to be delivered as promised, but the various touch points around the product separate good Experience from an excellent one. Only excellent builds referrals and loyalty. From the first contact I made with Scott to the thank you handshake from Sparky, my experience was excellent. What really impressed me was when I pulled into the lot with my old car, got out and a man was waiting there and called me by name. It was Sparky. Both Scott and Sparky were great to work with.
