Absolutely perfect Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Last year we bought a winter home in Naples and have been renting cars when we come down from NY Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Last year we bought a winter home in Naples and have been renting cars when we come down from NY to get around. Finally we decided to buy something and decided on an Acura MDX with the Tech Pkg. I called Naples Acura and spoke with the GM Ross Levy who gave us a great lease payment on the exact car we wanted, emailed us all the information that was needed to make the transaction and even recommended an Insurance Agent to help us with car insurance since we didn't have anyone. . Then he handed us over to our sales guy, Michael Meador aka Sparky. Sparky who was beyond great . He picked my wife and I up at the airport, took us to the dealership, loaded our luggage into our New MDX, and walked us into the dealership to fill out the necessary paperwork. All of the paperwork was ready and spot on as previously agreed upon. Then he spent all the time we wanted going over all of the features etc...If I could I would give Ross, Michael and the rest of the staff at Naples Acura 6 stars I would. More

Awesome from the moment we arrived in the parking lot! As soon as our family parked we were greeted outside in the parking lot and they walked us inside.
