I have always enjoyed helping customers with their buying decisions....I know it's an important process. Seeing a happy customer always makes my day! I was raised in Webster Groves MO, then moved to SO CALI in 1983 and stayed for 22 years, then moved back to my roots in St Louis. I have been in the car business since 1995 and started my career in Southern California. My wife was one of my first customers many years ago and we now have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. I am very easy going and enjoy music and play a few instruments including guitar and piano. I believe in no pressure sales when it comes to doing my job.

Very pleasant to deal with. I did not feel pressure. However I though the dealership undervalued my trade in car. Mike was a pleasure to work with and would recommend him to I did not feel pressure. Just traded in a Jeep for a Lexus RX on Saturday. What a nice experience. Was easy to test drive and get appraisal on current car. Everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My only negative comment would be it took too long because everyone was so friendly and my wife wanted to keep talking to everyone. There are not a lot of new cars on lots but Mungenast had a fair collection of used cars and we bought a one year old car. It is also a very nice facility. More

Before I purchased my 2015 Lexus ES350 I asked about the hood because it looked like paint issues in the picture to me and sales person told me nothing alarming that i know of. Every day it gets worse and n hood because it looked like paint issues in the picture to me and sales person told me nothing alarming that i know of. Every day it gets worse and now it doesn't even look like paint on there. I have had contact with the sales person and dealership but no one will resolve this issue. I'm not even able to resell my car because of the paint. More
