My name Is Mike Meyer. I'm married to my wonderful wife, Penny, and we have an amazing hockey player son, Jayden. I graduated from Seckman in 2005, I am a hardcore Blues fan and for fun I work out and spend time with my family. This deal was done mostly with a concierge service. The first car selected and picked up had undisclosed hail damage. The problem was resolved quickly and the car replaced with another new car. Again, a concierge service handled the interaction until I went in to sign. The sales manager, in his role to correct the initial car problem was exceptional. That said, the fact that a damaged car could be presented and driven off the lot by the customer without disclosure shows at least a lack of good processes. The idea of using a service to find and negotiate a car was meant to keep me out of the dealership and off the phone. As you can imagine, the resolution of the problem had the opposite effect. More
