As I am still out on maternity leave, we thought it just wasn't the best time to look for a new car. DCH offered a great employee discount this month that made it a no brainer to make the jump. Daryl Callahan and Terry Morris made this an easy and informative buying process. Terry was very thorough in explaining everything on the financial side. This is our first lease and at first it seemed a bit overwhelming at first but Mike put me at ease by explaining the lease process thoroughly as well as the advantages of leasing. I know my husband loves his job, both what he does and where he does it. After becoming a part of the DCH buying process, now I can see why! Everyone was so friendly! I think half the dealership stopped by Mike's desk to either congratulate me or flirt with our 1 month old daughter. Felt like family! Also, the service waiting area is very comfy! Bagels served in the morning and all the coffee you can drink :) If you're looking for a new Toyota, go to DCH and ask for Mike, he'll take great care of you! More

World's greatest car purchase WOW. I cannot say enough about Mike Newsham, Rob Schaeffer and the DCH crew. I was hit by a drunk driver and my car was totaled. The first thing Mike WOW. Every other dealer said "well let's get you a new car." If that doesn't say something, I don't know what will. Michael Newsham is amazing. He is sweet, caring, genuine, knowledgable, and by the end of it I actually felt like I made a friend. Now, as far as Rob Schaeffer is concerned; don't ever let him go. Rob is incredible and a true asset to have as a manager. He's kind, alert, knowledgeable, and gives off the impression that he genuinely loves his job. Rob truly made me feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of, and he was doing everything in his power to help me find the best price and best deal. This was the easiest, most efficient, and hands down the best purchase I've ever made. My brand new Rav4 is beautiful, and I have these guys to thank for it. Thanks to the DCH crew!
