To say he is professional and knowledgeable would be a disservice to Michael. His knowledge about any vehicle we inquired about he had the information on. He provided any and all information required, made sure that the customer was completely satisfied and the time he spent upon delivery was unsurpassed. He went over every facet of the vehicle (and there were many) and offered his expertise by phone or personal visit at any time.
