My car salesman is no longer with this dealership, so I have had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with management. Long story short, Jeep never returned my prior lease as they had agreed to in my contract. After 43 days I received a call that my payment is attempting to be collected for a car I thought was returned the beginning of December. Jeep had my car for 43 days, and when I called to see what was going on I was told that the manager Mike Perez was too busy with month end to help me, and that I should call back the next day. 10 phone calls and 2 days later, I FINALLY receive a call back from Mike Perez, who was condescending & rude. I did not even receive an apology for the issue and when I mentioned the complaints I would be making was told to "do what I have to do." On top of it all, Mike Perez is lying and trying to deceive me out of the money I am owed. SHAME ON YOU JEEP! Please, find another dealership. If I can save one person this aggravation then I will be happy. I am DISGUSTED with this dealership and especially Mike Perez. More
