I felt no pressure while trying to make a decision of whether to buy or lease. He took the time out to drive to the lot and look at the models and colors in stock. We took one of the cars out for a long test drive which I appreciated. Juarez was very honest and patient with us throughout the entire process. The sales manager Mike was also excellent. The two of them both really worked with us and gave us an incomparable deal. This dealership was overall a pleasure to deal with. I'd never do business anywhere else! Thank you guys for making what is usually a dreaded encounter into something great! We'll be back in 3 years! 10's all across the board :) More

The sales process went well, straight forward, although they wanted me to finance rather than pay cash in order to get the internet price, so I agreed. After two hours waiting for the finance officer (who was rude, but likely overworked) to free up, and literally getting the run around between the new car lot (finance) and the used car lot (sales), the manager at the new showroom became passive aggressive and was acting like a dick, which after I finally lost my patience I found I had said out loud. While I do regret that, I do not regret not buying the car. I will never spend my money there, and neither should you if you want transparency and value your time. More
