He was given a tough time by Ray Cruz sales manager because Ray signed off on a bad deal for dealership…good for me. Juarez represented my deal correctly!!!! As for the sales manager Ray Cruz he is as dishonest as they come. • He signed off a deal that was in my favor and tried to strong arm me to cancel. • He said Mike Perez, general manager, said canceled deal which was not true. I have the car • He said they could cancel deal which was binding...again not true. • He lied to Mike Perez, general manager, that Juarez represented deal wrong to him. Not true I presented the deal I wanted in writing and he showed it to Ray for approval. As for Mike Perez, who spoke to me after Ray Cruz tried to strong arm me to cancel deal. He came in professionally explained pricing and was deal signed off in minutes. On positive side it seems like Mike sticks up for his employees good and bad. I can only hope Ray gets reprimanded in private and Juarez gets commended by treating the customer with professionalism and honesty. To Ray… I didn’t need to strong arm you..the deal was binding……………. Interesting to note, I first went to this dealership several weeks before closing my current deal. I spoke to younger salesman to get some pricing and he was very rude, aggressive and decided I would never buy a car from him and left. I later found out it was Ray Cruz’s son… I guess that says it all Loyal customer who you almost lost …… 3 Dodge Caravans and 2 jeep Grand Cherokees Thanks to Juarez I will be back More

All Around Good Old Fashion Customer Service Went back and forth on getting a new lease on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Made the deal with Bobby T who demonstrated in my opinion "Good Old Fashion Customer Service" something you don't see enough of anymore. Bobby wanted to get me into a Jeep and did whatever it took to do so. Very happy with the Jeep (My First) probably will not be my last. When I went to pick up the car had a slight hiccup with Finance dept, but after asking to see the manager all was resolved. Dealt with Mike Perez at that point and even though I was a little upset Mike did everything possible to resolve the conflict, close the deal, and establish a future loyal customer. Great experience dealing with both Bobby and Michael. Of I have any complaint at all it seemed there was only one Finance manager on duty and he was attempting to close deals with four customers making the wait extremely long. More

Finally got Mike Perez on the phone today and he said it's not his problem you can't drive the car it will take a few more days after going back and forth on the phone he told me 'WE CAN DANCE AROUND THIS ALL DAY" ... I went down to the dealership to request a loaner car since I can no longer drive my brand new truck with no plates. He didn't want any customers hearing they can't follow through with their job, so he called the police... Apparently they police are at this dealership every week because of the same thing.... DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More

Very promptly after I did I heard from Jenetta who is the online specialist at Town and Country of Levittown. Jenetta was wonderful to deal with and answered any questions I had about the 2 cars. She even got me some prices to work with even though she's not actually salesperson there at Town and Country and it was those prices and her warm personality that came thru her emails that made me want to buy my new car there. Once I got there my salesperson was Marco Noto who was also great. He knew everything about the Patriot and personally showed me how to use the auto start and the satellite radio and all the other features. More
