Went there to look at a car I was very interested in with a trade in. The service was excellent management stoped by to reassure satisfaction and the gentleman that helped me was John Pepitone. John was a fantastic help made the process easy and fast with no confusion, He helped me to get out of my car and into the car I was interested in with out any hiccups or confusion, The rest of the staff that I dealt with was as good as John and management. Needless to say this dealership certainly does not fall into typical dealership stereotypes. I highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family as well as anyone who will ask or see this review. A big thanks to John Pepitone, Fred Hoyt and the rest of the Town and Country staff. More

After 5 hours at Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram I am leaving without a new car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. Our deal was worked out over the phone so we could be in and out quickly. We made it very am leaving without a new car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. Our deal was worked out over the phone so we could be in and out quickly. We made it very clear that everything was to be ready when we got there at 9am this morning so that we could sign and drive. At 9am that was not the case. It took them 5 hours to get their xxxx together. As we were about to sign the papers we were told that they will not give us a full tank of gas. They are allotted $25 and that’s it. After the 2 hour ride down and then sitting there for 5 hours they refused to sell us the car because they said we would give them a bad review. Yet here we are!!! The sales manager Micheal Perez clearly doesn’t understand his job…you refused to sell us a car over $10 in gas because you were worried we would leave a bad review. Id rather be driving my new car than typing all of this but honestly I am livid 😡 The customer service by the Michael Perez was the WORST, clearly the customer doesn’t come first at this dealership. I feel terrible for our salesman Dan Fisher who went above and beyond for us. If you’re in the market for a new car save yourself the time and trouble and avoid this place!!! Possibly the worst? I am very disappointed with the overall customer experience I had with this dealership. For a business that has been in a community for over 100 years & prides itself on "exceptiona overall customer experience I had with this dealership. For a business that has been in a community for over 100 years & prides itself on "exceptional customer service", this was anything but! Sales & management are unacceptably unprofessional. I was appalled by the extremely rude, insensitive & demeaning manner in which I was spoken to by Mario Liccardello. I did not have the same experience I see others reporting here. He doesn't even deserve one star, in my opinion. My questions were not met with answers. They were met with nasty remarks & defensiveness. I waited and waited for quotes & had to continually follow up. Just for asking simple straightforward questions I was stonewalled and they even turned my business away & avoided my calls & other communications. I was told by Mario that he & his general manager was in agreement with him that they did not want my business & I quote "because if I sell a car to you now, you will tear us apart on the customer satisfaction survey". I asked to speak with the GM & was told he was in a meeting. I asked when I could expect to hear from him about my experience and was assured I would get a call same day. It has been 2 days and I still have not received a call back. In addition, they are dishonest. They agreed to honor Chrysler Affiliate pricing, but went back on their word. They told me a car I was interested in had sold, but I am still getting automated notifications that the vehicle is still available & today that the price had even dropped. TrueCar reports when a car you're interested in has been sold and I have not received that notification for the vehicle, so I am certain it is still available for other customers. Just not me. Presumably only someone willing to sign on the dotted line without asking any questions. I will never buy from this dealer and I will advise others to stay away. There are too many other dealers in the tri-state area who will be honest & work professionally with you. When the market is no longer in their favor, the bad taste left in my mouth will still be there. More

Our experience was excellent from start to finish! We were welcomed into the showroom and were encouraged to take our time and really look around. We never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman, Kent, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We fairly negotiated a price and the finance team did their best to find us the best interest rate. All necessary paperwork for the DMV and insurance company was completed with ease thanks to Kent. Our car was ready for us at the promised time. The entire process was an enjoyable and exciting experience! Highly recommend! More

If it wasn’t for Casondra we would have left. The lies, being treated like I was stupid def not worth it. All management cared about was their monthly number and quota and insisted I HAD to sign before the being treated like I was stupid def not worth it. He’s the epitome of why people especially women hate car dealerships. Casondra thankfully handled everything as best she could with what she was given. More
