My Experience with Town & Country was Incredible! My husband and I had not been in the market for a new vehicle for a long time until now. I did not know much about Town & Country but I had heard abo My husband and I had not been in the market for a new vehicle for a long time until now. I did not know much about Town & Country but I had heard about Mike Perez and we decided to give him a shot. When we walked in, Mike greeted us very professionally and with a smile. He introduced us to John Pepitone and asked him to show us some pickup trucks. Now my husband was a Toyota Tundra man and had already made up his mind that he was not interested in a Ram. So John showed us around and within minutes, my husband fell in love with the Ram Big Horn. What a beautiful truck. It drove nice. It smelled nice and looked great! But most of all, THE PRICE WAS RIGHT! John and Mike were very patient and a pleasure to work with. This is the first time I've ever been to a car dealer where there was no pressure and the staff let the vehicles speak for themselves. The experience was so great that we're going back for an SUV. Thank you Mike and John for making car shopping feel effortless. More

Not very happy. I was told my CPO ram would come with the the balance of bumper to bumper warranty. The truck clearly needed back tires(salesman agreed) I was told since they technically pass inspection by your service dept there is nothing they will do. When I saw the truck and put a deposit down it didn't have a bed liner, I looked the truck up on your website and in both the description and the video is said it comes with one. I asked the salesman about it and was told "if my boss did nothing on the tires there is no way he will do anything on the bed liner". If I wanted a used car experience I would have went to a used car lot. More

Deceiving advertising ...deceiving sales practices This sales rep lied repeatedly about the sale price, incentives available, financing or leasing opportunities. Not a single person responded to email This sales rep lied repeatedly about the sale price, incentives available, financing or leasing opportunities. Not a single person responded to emails after sale. My car lacked even the floor mats that should have been included fact covered up by the car wash paper mats. Too many deceiving sale practices to list here ...buyers be aware as the little tricks that these people will pull might will be subtle like pushing you a worse financing deal that your credit score would qualify you for ... as they most likely will pocket an incentive for a higher interest loan ... and you would not notice the $20- $30 dollars difference per month but for the life of a 5 year loan you would be cheated out of thousands of dollars. More
