I walked in looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and had the good fortune of meeting with Juarez in Sales. Juarez is a true professional. He has a number or redeeming qualities that made the leasing process a rewarding one. He is knowledgeable on his product (the vehicles), the buying process (paperwork/trade-in/finance etc) and most importantly, the customer (service, service, service). He took the time to answer all of my questions (there were many) and find me a Jeep that fit my needs at a fair price. His knowledge and professionalism allow him to standout from many of his peers. He also has a great personality, and I'd recommend getting to know him as you work through the buying experience. When it comes time for final approval, Mike Perez and his group were there with the same level of professionalism and service as Juarez. Mike made sure everything was in order and was a great help at the end. This speaks to the culture at T&C Jeep, quality product and employees, at every level. Rough Start...Great finish! My husband has been a loyal Town & Country client, after having gotten our last two Jeep Grand Cherokees from them. He has always had great experienc My husband has been a loyal Town & Country client, after having gotten our last two Jeep Grand Cherokees from them. He has always had great experiences with them so we went back to them for our third Jeep, after having shopped around for prices at other dealerships. Our salesman was nice and friendly. We were torn between two Grand Cherokees, as the one my husband really wanted was more expensive. Michael Perez the General Sales Manager came over, and was able to lower the price, and beat what we had gotten at the other dealerships! We went home satisfied that we had gotten the best deal. A few days passed and we did not hear from anyone at the dealership. We called to see what was going on, after finally getting a live person on the line (the phone system is horrible) we were told that our salesman quit and was not longer employed there. Long story short- when we got to T&C to pick up our Grand Cherokee, we were not happy with the lack of communication. After a bit of a wait, (20 minutes) we were even more annoyed. Then we met with Steven Marinaro. He apologized that it took so long for someone to let him know we were waiting, and was so pleasant and affable, that our bad moods quickly disappeared. He walked us over to Dina in the Finance department to complete our paperwork. Though she said she was new, she was very nice and helpful. Afterward Steven came back to us to show us all of the bells and whistles in our new vehicle and to show us how to work everything, which was unexpected and a nice touch. We left T&C feeling better about our decision to get our Jeep there. Mostly because of Steven turning things around for us with his kind and friendly manner. So kudos to Steven Marinaro. I hope Town & Country know what a gem he is! More

New Cherokee owners My husband & I met with Mr.Juarez last week at the dealership. My husbands current lease was ending this month so we needed something new. We were shown all the vehicles in the showroom and really liked the cherokee. He took us on a drive in a gray one with leather seats and it was such a nice car. We ended up choosing that same nice gray color for our own! He is a wonderful gentleman ! I am recommending him to all of my children & grandchildren. More
