Charlie patiently and enthusiastically showed us the vehicles we were interested in and took us for a test drive. And though we vistited on a Friday night we never felt rushed or pressured. Charlie and his team were very personable, professional, and excellent to work with. We ended up buying the truck at a fair price for excellent service. Our experience has normally been going to the dealership to get pressured into a car, then into some "protection packages", then some accessories, then going to the finance manager to get pressured into more things like extended warranties, or "further protections". I can honestly say, for us, there was no pressure at all at Martin Honda. Joe Robinson was patient with us and walked us through the entire process. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I was a little apprehensive when it came time to talk to the finance manger, but Larry Murray was absolutely phenomenal. He worked with us to get the rate and payment that we wanted. Again, best experience we have ever had. And Michael Pijuan, a sales manager, came and talked to us after each of our test drives, but it was not like there was any pressure from him either. He seemed to genuinely care how our experience at the dealership went. I would highly recommend Martin Honda. More
