I worked with Brett who was reassuring and very instructive on what to do, I called Porsche road service and within an hour the car was flat bedded from my house to the dealership. Brett assured me that I did not need to be there and they would take care of everything. This turned out to be the most painless, easy and minimally intrusive repair I have ever experienced. I had a similar problem several years ago at another, very large porsche dealer and my experience was a total nightmare: no communication as to status, misinformation on drop off, etc. This bad experience was the impetus for me to change dealerships and work with Princeton. I highly recommend Brett for Service and Mike Q for sales. More

Our primary contact, Michael Quaglietta, is a great 'Ambassador' for both the Porsche brand and this well run dealership. We also were introduced to a number of Michael's colleagues who serve as a cohesive Service Team -- particularly noteworthy was the thorough introduction to the Macan that was provided by Kevin Black (who was actually accompanied by a trainee ("Ash") who also exhibited great knowledge of the car). My wife and I have purchased many cars over many years, including a Porsche 911 previously, and there is a reason that this Porsche dealership has the fine reputation it does. More

Custom Ordered 991.2 GTS & Porsche #7 First, this is our seventh Porsche and my fifth from Princeton Porsche and our fourth from Michael. So, how did this one go? Well, I have been back- First, this is our seventh Porsche and my fifth from Princeton Porsche and our fourth from Michael. So, how did this one go? Well, I have been back-and-forth on getting a Turbo or Turbo S, but I'm not a huge fan of the wing and the change in lines that causes. I love the performance, but also am not a 4-wheel drive person either. For nearly a year I have been wishy-washy and just could not make up my mind. Michael was so incredibly patient and always offered suggestions and different ideas. A few months ago, after coming close to the Turbo S again, but not, Michael had an idea to custom build something. While I was trying to decide, Shawn (Service) suggested that I looked into Manhattan Motor Werks, as they are owned by the same company that owns Princeton Porsche. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any performance work that they perform does NOT impact Porsche warranty and is fully supported by their Porsche dealers. OK, now I had an idea, why not build a totally awesome GTS with everything I dreamed of, from performance to luxury, so I did. Then, why not have Motor Werks do some magic, say bring the HP to 525 and Torque to 488 lb-ft, oh my!!! Now that is close enough to a Turbo for me and it's the wide body and rear wheel drive, just awesomeness. Michael offered some suggestions on additional items and we booked the order. As always, the entire process was AWESOME, even when I could not wait anymore and said I'll just take the Turbo S. Michael talked me off the ledge and assured me that this was going to be amazing. So I waited. I don't have a lot of patience and kept texting Michael. Again, Michael was absolutely awesome. So, I've had the car now for six glorious days and have just over 500 miles. I need to hit 1,000 before I start to really drive it. Wish I could post a picture, the agate grey, black center lock rims and to PCCB yellow brakes look crazy awesome! Performance, you have to drive it to believe it. A GTS with 525 HP and 488 lb-ft is CRAZY fun and I have not been able to open it up yet. Princeton Porsche clearly has my business and Michael will always be my go to Porsche Sales Person, he is the best! The entire team is AWESOME. Thank you Michael for everything you do and have done for Lynn and me!!! Thank you Tiffany, again, for making this purchase just easy, we sincerely appreciate it!!! And thank you Shawn for telling me about Motor Werks, you helped made this GTS a bit of a FrankenPorsche!!! More

GT3 Touring Purchase I purchased my first Porsche from Princeton. After have met with all the local dealerships, and allocations not being offered, I kept a close eye on G I purchased my first Porsche from Princeton. After have met with all the local dealerships, and allocations not being offered, I kept a close eye on GT3 / GT3 Touring inventory and Princeton beat all other dealerships with inventory in the GT3 market (by far). They were patient in my search over the 12-18 month period, and when the right car came, I pulled the trigger. Michael in sales was pleasant, and far from pushy...he helped me the 5-6 times I came in over the 12 months. Only reason for 4 stars is I would have preferred to get updates from him (vs checking inventory myself nightly). Updates would have made sure I knew about the Touring before it hit the market (or right when it did) and I would have been in the same day. Tiffany was amazing - extremely nice, got the job done at fair value, remembered my wife and daughters from 12 months prior. Michael L was also really nice and showed me everything I needed to know before I excitedly drove off. Overall a great experience and highly recommend. More
