She is the only person in a while, other than a chosen few, who actually cared about how I felt about my car and the condition I received it in after service had been performed on it. She had it cleaned to my specifications, as well as removing the grease smell. She even took care of a different issue that occurred while the car was in the dealerships possession. I was seriously impressed. Her professionalism AND personal approach to me as a customer gave me a feeling that she really knows how a person feels about their car and how it is cared for when being repaired. Her approach should be used as a training tool. A customer can get stressed when they have to spend money and time to take their car to a shop for repairs. When they have to take it back to get it cleaned out because a sloppy mechanic doesn’t take the precautions to keep that residue cleaned up, it looks like they don’t care. When I get a monotone answer on whether it was cleaned after a repair, I know it wasn’t. Car repairs are insanely expensive and the way Scarlet interacts with a customer and made sure my car was taken care of softens that blow just a bit. The ratings below are for Scarlet. More
