The dealer ship is always clean and everyone inside is always very friendly. TJ is our service advisor and he is very polite and keeps us in the loop if they find something else on our truck that needs to always very friendly. I was inconvenienced, lied to, and ignored during the duration of my service appointment! I missed work and was late due to poor communication on the service department’s behalf.
