Cheaters This review is for Michael Redd and Brett A Huneycutt. We were in the market for Audi Q7 since December 30 was our wedding anniversary so I wanted to This review is for Michael Redd and Brett A Huneycutt. We were in the market for Audi Q7 since December 30 was our wedding anniversary so I wanted to gift a Q7 to my wife. During Christmas time I browsed through the Audi Dallas website searching for a Q7 and found some vehicles that interest me. I requested inquiry and was connected to Michael Redd who couldn't provide me required information. On December 29 which was a working day for me, Michael Redd called me in the morning that he can work out a car and a deal with trade in of my car and and that I should come to him. I left work at 1:30 pm and waited for him, while he was working with another customer till 2:30 pm. From 2:30 pm to 3:45 pm we finalized a car, worked out numbers and agreed the terms. I requested to see the car and at that time time they informed me that the car is at another dealer and they would get it towed to this showroom and I should get the car on Jan 2 ,2018. They took my credit card information and driver license copy and gave me a "Pre Paid Lease Worksheet" for the trade in and new car information. I was okay with waiting till Jan 2, 2018 and shared the good news with my wife (Q7 was for her). We called Michael to check on Jan 2, 2018, he did not respond. We called next day, again he dodged us and texted back "Sorry for the delay. It has not arrived yet". We tried reaching out to him on a daily basis till he texted us back on Jan 5 that come at 11 am on Jan 6. I asked him if I need to bring my wife with me and if the car has arrived to which he wrote " Sorry I'm not sure, I too a few days off but I'm back tomorrow. I'll let you know first thing." Surely he did not message us back or returned our calls and text. We live in Frisco Texas which is around 45 minutes away from the Audi Dallas show room. We went to the showroom on Jan 6 where we met with Brett Huneycutt, who informed us that they are still trying to get the car to the showroom and by Monday Jan 8, we should check with him. He informed us that the worst case scenario would be that the car would arrive by Jan 10. We did not hear back from Brett on Jan 8 and neither on Jan 10 so I called him on Jan 11 and it is then he informed me that the car is sold and they will find similar car for me and call me back. How can they car be sold? when we signed the paperwork and gave our credit card... As of today they haven't called me. We lost the appraisal value for our old which I appraised at CarMax and the value was valid till 01/03/2018, missed out on the Winter Sale that Audit was having and MOST IMPORTANTLY completely messed up our anniversary. Just because two of AUDI Dallas employee played tricks on us. More
