Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg had the vehicle with all the options and features we were seeking, so we purchased a new 2021 Nissan Murano there on Sept. 4, 2021. Three years ago we purchased a new Murano from options and features we were seeking, so we purchased a new 2021 Nissan Murano there on Sept. 4, 2021. Three years ago we purchased a new Murano from Jenkins, so now we have a pair of them. Sales consultant Michael Robin seemed to have a good grasp about the car's details, and explained the technology improvements that had been made in the 2021 model. After we reached agreed terms, Sales Manager Jason Hubbard saw to it that we received the dealer-installed extras and services we requested but which could not be installed on the date of purchase. We've had mixed and disappointing results with other dealerships (including one Nissan shop) in central Florida, and for us Jenkins has been a diamond amid a sea of zircons. We are treated well there. We have not experienced high-pressure sales practices at Jenkins. We are delighted with the new Murano and with our 3-year-old Murano. When it is time to replace either of them, we will return to Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg. More
