First of all, I have all my work accomplished at Mercedes - Benz in Somerville even my inspection sticker. I own a 2014 C300 purchased new from this location. The service work from their trained staff is a - Benz in Somerville even my inspection sticker. I own a 2014 C300 purchased new from this location. The service work from their trained staff is amazing. Things are performed correct the first time without question. Michael Robinson is my main service advisor who sits with me and explains every detail of work happening on my C300. I'm contacted by instant messaging and or cell call. The reason for this visit was for an inspection sticker, while there they reviewed my car to identify anything else that may have been of concern. I received a text message identifying a warrantee issue causing my C300 to be there for an additional day. They saved me $1200.00 and provided me with the assurance that their concern is with my safety! Oh, did I say that I was there only for inspection sticker! My bill was $35 and change. More

Mercedes Benz of Boston always treats me with respect. I have an older car ( 2011 E class ) that still drives great , I work down the street so I come in grubby clothes , n I’m not a high roller but that I have an older car ( 2011 E class ) that still drives great , I work down the street so I come in grubby clothes , n I’m not a high roller but that does not matter . I’m treated like I’m a millionaire driving a G wagon . Patrick Titshaw n Michael Robinson always treat me great and take great care of my car . My car runs so well that I’m not looking to buy a new one and that is fine with them . They help me save money and when I am ready to buy again I’ll stay with them . I drive my car every day , I’ve had it so long that it’s been paid off for years , and they help me keep it in good shape More
