If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible. My car didn’t even get looked at until 4 days after I dropped it off. When I called to check on it they said they couldn’t find the car or terrible. My car didn’t even get looked at until 4 days after I dropped it off. When I called to check on it they said they couldn’t find the car or even my name in the system so they “transfer” my call and had me waiting for over 10min. The call was then picked up by the same guy saying “hold on a moment” and then he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. More

Terrible service. Took three hours for a standard service. Then the technician tells me a part needs to be replaced that I had replaced a month prior from Nissan itself. Then when I try to get a seco service. Then the technician tells me a part needs to be replaced that I had replaced a month prior from Nissan itself. Then when I try to get a second opinion from outside Nissan, I can’t get ahold of anyone. I would not recommend this place at all. More
