Buyer beware! Tried to sell me a car with broken AC by topping off the freon and letting us drive the car around the block with the windows down. Said they had ord Tried to sell me a car with broken AC by topping off the freon and letting us drive the car around the block with the windows down. Said they had ordered a part for two days and that it was delayed, however after talking to the service department, found that they never even checked on the car. Deposited our check and kept our money for a week even though we didn’t buy the car and they didn’t fix the AC. They had agreed in writing to return the check the following Monday after the weekend, but provided several excuses from multiple employees for both the delay in fixing the car and the delay in getting our money refunded including: “I’ll call you back in 2 minutes”- this was used several times with no response. “I need to check with my manager”, I wasn’t at work until noon so we can’t do it today”, “It’s out of my control”, We can’t verify that your money has been deposited and we need you to provide proof”, “I was having surgery”, We can’t send the money today”. Worst experience ever. More
