Great experience I went to Bommarito looking for a new or late model used Honda CRV. As soon as I described the vehicle I wanted and my price range (low) Mike Rosen f I went to Bommarito looking for a new or late model used Honda CRV. As soon as I described the vehicle I wanted and my price range (low) Mike Rosen found me a 2017 Honda CRV that had only 35 miles on it. I was thrilled. It was even a beautiful red! It had all the features I wanted base model with AWD. Within a few hours I was driving my new car home, Thank you for your foresight in ordering popular vehicles and for your great respectful treatment of your customers. Worst salesman ever I purchased a HRV on 5/22/18 from Bommarito Honda in Hazelwood. I was very unhappy with the salesman (Sam Martin). This would have been the 3rd Hond I purchased a HRV on 5/22/18 from Bommarito Honda in Hazelwood. I was very unhappy with the salesman (Sam Martin). This would have been the 3rd Honda I purchased from this dealership, but he was interested the price of the car then saling the car. Bring up the websites showing what he wanted you to pay for the car so that we would argue ,but agree. We asked him things concerning the car and his answer were substandard considering he was a salesman. I asked him if the car I was buying had a CD player he said no the cars today you use your cell phone and what ever music you have downloaded (my car has a CD player). When I came into the dealership I asked for Mike Rosen for this car purchase, but Mike was off. Several minutes into talking with Sam, Mike came in to sell a car to another customer. Sam told me don't the worry Mike Rosen will get the sale of this car. Once we were headed to the finance dept. for finance Sam left and Mike Rosen completed the sales explaining everything Sam didn't. I knew i wanted a Honda you make a great car, but if i had more time i would have never bought this car from this salesman. More
