He needs hand controls to operate the car and the salesperson, Mike Rosen, took such care to explain the engine and the interior of the car since his customer was unable to take a test drive. His patience and knowledge made the experience memorable...and fun! We even got a generous trade in on a 15 year old car. I can not express enough thanks and praise to this dealership.
