First of all, we appreciated the covid precautions in place including all employees wearing masks. A different dealership we visited was not doing that so we left. Overall, we found the buying experi place including all employees wearing masks. A different dealership we visited was not doing that so we left. Overall, we found the buying experience at Smith&Russell to be excellent. Our salesman, Michael Sauerzopf, was great! He had the specific vehicle we were interested in pulled up front when we arrived and gave us the information we needed to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We have purchased a number of cars and he was for sure the most knowledgeable of all, down to the smallest details. Normally, we don’t “enjoy” negotiating for a new car but Michael made it an easy and actually pleasant experience. We plan to tell our friends and family who are looking for a vehicle to go see him at Russell&Smith. More
