Great! I had a great experience at VW of Naples! I was in quite a pickle when I arrived, as my 10-year-old Jetta had broken down in the middle of Alligator I had a great experience at VW of Naples! I was in quite a pickle when I arrived, as my 10-year-old Jetta had broken down in the middle of Alligator Alley and I wasn't even sure when I arrived with it at the dealership if I was going to get it repaired or get a new one. I asked to check out the options for purchasing or leasing a new vehicle while my old one was being looked at by the service center. Ryan Gaumer was the salesperson whom I worked with, and he was great. This was my first experience with buying/leasing a car on my own, because I had my old one since high school. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient while I waited for the results from the mechanics and made the decision to trade in my old car and lease a new one instead of repair it. Once I did decide to go ahead with a new car, Ryan was very helpful in explaining all the options and incentives available. It was a very friendly and low-pressure experience, and he made the whole process very simple. Michael in the finance department was great in getting me through all the paperwork efficiently and explaining what it all meant. I spent about 7 hours in that dealership, between the time it took for my old car to be evaluated by the mechanics, me to consult with my parents and make a decision on what to do, and then go ahead with choosing and leasing the new car. I never would have thought that spending 7 hours in a car dealership would be a good time, but it was! Even the other salespeople, Kyle and Rex, when they were not with their own customers, were kind enough to point out the snacks and coffee so I wouldn't starve, and chat with me so I wasn't bored while waiting for my new car to be ready. Overall it was a great experience, and Ryan followed up with a phone call and a note to make sure I loved the new car! More

excellent purchasing experience and customer service I just purchased a 2015 Passat from VW of Naples and the experience there was far better than any other dealer. Not only were the prices unbeatable bu I just purchased a 2015 Passat from VW of Naples and the experience there was far better than any other dealer. Not only were the prices unbeatable but the customer service. I contacted around 8 dealers in one day and some got back to me thru phone calls or emails within several hours, but not here. They got back to me within so fast and whatever questions I had they answered or called me back within minutes with an answer. There is no waiting around there. I will definitely make the drive past the VW of Fort Myers where I live to come to here for all my purchases and services. 2015 Passat Once I had my mind made up on the vehicle I wanted after a long search over the past few months, I finally went to visit the dealer and Erin Presley. Once I had my mind made up on the vehicle I wanted after a long search over the past few months, I finally went to visit the dealer and Erin Presley. I was in search of a VW Jetta Sport of which was sold out and none to find in Florida. With a limited selection at the main dealer lot, she informed me that they had many more colors and selections at the holding lot around the corner. Took a ride over and walked through the lot with an open mind of looking at the Jetta with Connectivity or something that offered a sunroof and style, after review it didn't have some of the features on it that I like such as the wheels and color selection on the seats. Part of that large selection of cars, I started to look at the Passat, exterior and interior color where spot on, just really would have liked to have had the sunroof, but was on a budget....Erin grabbed the keys from the holding office and let me drive the car to the main office. The closing process was fast and easy from supporting my price point to getting us through the (normally long) financial prices, to out the door within the time that I needed to get to a meeting. Came back the next day to pick up the car, Erin was very thorough in showing us the functionality of the car....great job...I would recommend this dealer to my friends...All the best! More

First experience with a dealership that I actually enjoyed! I found a car online that was just the right fit, and Michael went above and beyond to make my "sight unseen" purchase a comfortable process. Without my asking, he sent walk-around videos of the car as well as a video of the interior. He took close-up photos of one item in particular I asked about. This is what outstanding customer service looks like. To wrap up the deal, he had Jay step in and work with us before we go to the dealership to make sure everything was on track.
