This team is the best ! Highly recommend ! July, 2015 I reside in West Palm Beach, and was unable to find a VW SUV in my area. I decided to go further-out with my search, beyond a 50 mile radi July, 2015 I reside in West Palm Beach, and was unable to find a VW SUV in my area. I decided to go further-out with my search, beyond a 50 mile radius. Prior to making contact with VW of Naples I had been searching for this specific model, however had no luck. I also had dealt with another VW dealer in Miami which was a nightmare. I found a VW SUV at VW Naples, and recently purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Touareg, and the professionalism and overall experience was magnificent. After making an online inquiry I was contacted by Mike Schutt – (Internet Sales Manager), he assisted me with detailed information on the SUV, he also sent me additional pictures, he was patient and willing to work with me on the deal. Mike S. is very responsive; he would call me with updated information, and answer my calls! I was concerned about the distance, and he put me at ease by informing of the transport services offered by the dealership. Mike S. and I agreed upon a deal which made everyone happy. Michael Pierne (Finance Manager) was also extremely helpful with preparing my documents, providing me with options which would best fit me, for the deal to move forward. Mike P. mailed me my all documents and everything was taken care of in efficient manner. The Touareg was transported to my home, and was even better than described by Mike S., they loaded my trade, give me a brief overview of features and was off—smooth & straightforward. Also, Nick Dinicola (Certified Sales Consultant) was great give a comprehensive review of the features of the SUV, he answered my questions and was very cooperative. In addition, Nick personally called me several times in the last few weeks to find out how things were coming along with the SUV. As past purchaser of 4 cars in the past, this transaction/ Purchase was the easiest and best car buying experiencing I have ever had, one word to describe the experience amazing! Furthermore, they appear to stock high quality vehicles which are extra clean. I would like thank the Team at Volkswagen of Naples for the fabulous work! Great Car Buying Experience from Start to Finish I was approached by my salesman, Michael Schutt, when I did a True Car online search for a 2015 Audi A3. I was also approached by two other dealerships closer to my home, Boca Raton. Actually I was "hounded" by those two dealerships! But Michael was outstanding in the fact that he didn't "hound" me at all. He was quite patient with my different vehicle requests, as I changed from an A3 to a Jetta GLI SEL. Michael did a great job in tracking down a Jetta GLI SEL in the color and trim packages I wanted. It took a few weeks to get it delivered to the dealership, and Michael, once again was quite patient with my impatience, as I started considering a Golf GTI. Michael kept me well informed on the delivery status of my Jetta. The credit paperwork, and deposit paperwork was a breeze, and quite secure. The Jetta showed up a few days before July 4th, and I drove over to Naples on July 4th to take delivery of the car. The paperwork process at the dealership went smoothly and quickly. Bob Lombardi did a great job with putting all the paperwork together, and explaining the MANY features of my new vehicle. This was easily THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD - and I've purchased a number of cars. Two other family members have purchased Volkswagens from this dealership, and they too were quite happy with their experience, and they drove from Sarasota.
