The folks at the dealership were very responsive, and I ended up buying my beautiful 2015 Golf TDI from Tamas Nagy, who was very patient with my changing requirements and my time constraints. Getting out of my previous lease was painless, and I was able to trade in an older car, which added some challenges to the transaction. I'm very happy with a new (surprisingly smooth running) fuel efficient car that will last me a long time. Most importantly, I felt like Tamas respected my time and got me out of the dealership as fast as he could with a good deal. (Although I could have stayed for another cappuccino ...) More

He showed us all the cars and took the time to really go over them. I felt comfortable and at ease when working out our price and dealing with the car. The finance manager was easy to work with and made a great lunch recommendation. The hand over of the car was great and will definitely recommend him to friends. Michael Schutt was great with working on the initial price and the call backs. He was able to actually bring me down from Port Charlotte to make a deal. I left a local dealer on his word over the phone and glad I did. More

I had a Mercedes, which I loved for 5 1/2 years, and just could not justify spendin I just spent 3 days in different dealerships looking for a Passat. I had a Mercedes, which I loved for 5 1/2 years, and just could not justify spending much more on repairs. i put an inquiry on the Internet for a VW and heard from 5 dealerships within 5 minutes. Michael was the first to contact me and I did meet with him . He was great. As a single female, I was very reluctant to walk into any dealership. I spent the 2nd day in another dealership and went running back to Naples with Michael and Doug. Believe me, i really appreciated the level of service and the lack of pressure I felt at Naples VW. I did buy a Passat from Naples although I was "supposedly" offered a better deal at the high pressured dealership that I would NOT return to. I ran as fast as I could from dealership #2 and back to Michael Schutt who extremely patient and kind to me. Doug spent time with me going over all the bells and whistles of the new Passat. Overall Naples VW was great. I thank Michael Schutt and Doug Tutino for all their help. Barb M More
