Wonderful! I was contacted by Michael through an internet connection and was set up to meet Jeff Weissert when I arrived. Although he didn't know what time I wo I was contacted by Michael through an internet connection and was set up to meet Jeff Weissert when I arrived. Although he didn't know what time I would be there, I was barely out of my car before he came up and introduced himself. He was well informed on the various cars, extremely helpful, and moved the new car buying process along at a wonderfully quick speed. All in all, I am very happy with my new car and the entire experience. Will be happy to recommend the dealership and Jeff Weissert to others! Thank you! More

Amazing experience last week, so I'm back for another! I have been a faithful VW customer owning nothing but VW or Audi since I was 16 years old, and have never even considered owning anything else. After years of persuasion, I finally convinced my fiancé to get one for himself! He and I came to VW of Naples last week after having a very bad experience at VW of Fort Myers, and he ended up leasing a 2015 GTI from Jeff Weissert. Up until today I was driving a 2009 Jetta TDI that I was (and still am) completely in love with. I had absolutely no intention of getting rid of that car anytime soon. However, our experience with Jeff and his manager Chuck was so awesome that I found myself looking for a car that I never would have considered otherwise! We let Jeff know that I might be in the market now, and he was extremely helpful even going as far as texting us from his personal cell number while he was on vacation just to see if we've made any decisions on what exactly it was we were looking for yet. As badly as I wanted a new car I really didn't think it was going to happen, because my credit isn't that great. I figured the interest rate for someone like me would make a payment sky high, but I tried anyway aiming for another Jetta because of it's low price. I learned about the Jetta Sport and was very intrigued. Turns out those cars are pretty hard to come by, and though they tried their hardest they weren't able to track one down for me with all of the options I was looking for. They did however, have a Passat Sport. As soon as Jeff told me this I couldn't help but think "oh great, show me a car I can't afford." He showed me a few pictures and it was gorgeous, so of course I wanted to see it in person. Jeff drove us over to the lot it was in, and I fell in love with it the second I saw it. I had a lot of things holding me back from making the jump. I was upside down on my Jetta loan, bad credit, really not open to the idea of going with a higher monthly payment, having a very hard time justifying a large down payment considering we have a wedding to pay for this year, and most importantly the fact that I seriously loved that little Jetta. Jeff and Chuck did literally everything they could to make this happen for me though! They gave me exactly what I was asking for on my Jetta, which I always thought was unheard of for a dealership to do! They also got me a payment that was only $10 a month more than I'm paying now, with a down payment I was actually comfortable paying! Seriously, $10 extra a month for a newer, nicer car with a warranty!? Done and done! It was a pretty long drive for us, going back and forth from our home in Fort Myers to south Naples a few times for the transactions, but it was honestly so worth it. I would highly recommend to head to VW of Naples and ask for Jeff if you're in the market for a Volkswagen. This was the best experience my fiancé and I have ever had purchasing a car (or two.) More

I first went to VW of Ft. Myers where the staff immediately wanted to run a credit report on me to make sure I wasn't wasting their time. After realizing I was a serious buyer we went over options. They didn't have what I wanted (15' GTI/White/Manual/4door) so I figured they would try to locate one. Wrong. They acted like what was one the lot was what I was gonna get. I thought maybe a test drive in a DSG would sell me on an auto so I wanted to test drive. It was currently 7PM, one hour away from closing and I was told, "Um.. It's a little late to test drive, come back another day". I was floored, I've never had someone turn me away when I'm trying to buy something, let alone a new vehicle. I left, semi-sure I had given up and would continue on with my 95' Jeep. Michael Schutt contacted me from VW of Naples when I asked for an online quote of a new GTI lease. He was eager to help and got me interested enough to stop by(which is a pretty far commute from Ft. Myers). When I arrived Jeff Weissert was at the door with a key to a GTI in tow ready to go. Just a quick copy of the drivers license (This was 20 minutes til close). No credit report, no hassle, no arguing, we just went. I loved the car and decided if the price was right I would get it. Jeff and Chuck Whitley fought tooth and nail to get the payments where I needed them and gave me a price wayyy lower than what VW of Ft. Myers offered me. The whole time there, they were helpful, efficient, and professional. They seemed so interested in my purchase and were just excited as me about my purchase, while the people in Ft. Myers seemed annoyed by my presence. I absolutely hate dealerships because of the hassle and pressure that is immediately put on you the second you walk in, but VW of Naples made the experience enjoyable. I am so thrilled with the experience and how I was treated by Jeff, Chuck, Michael and Mike that when my lease is up, if I don't buy the car I will get another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. Completely changed my perception of "A Car Salesman" (VDS) All the sales personnel I crossed paths with were friendly and welcoming. I was quickly shown to Erin Presley's desk where I shared with her the situ All the sales personnel I crossed paths with were friendly and welcoming. I was quickly shown to Erin Presley's desk where I shared with her the situation I had with my car and what I liked and disliked. I didn't know, really, what I wanted. Erin took a few notes and then checked her inventory to see what might be the best choice for me. She showed me the car and we went for a test drive. Erin was professional in every way while still maintaining a warm, interested, and caring attitude toward what I needed and wanted. She later suggested a second option so that I could see/feel the differences. We compared specs and prices. She knowledgeably answered my questions, never trying to convince me on either (or something else) option. She spent time with me, being supportive with my concerns and questions, and later showing me the features in the car and explaining how the newer controls worked. I admit to being very impressed with VW Naples--especially for the excellent service provided me by Erin Presley in finding/choosing the right car. I am so very thankful for her sincerity and expertise. I left feeling light-hearted and happy for the experience I had with her. I can see so well why Erin is a Top Salesperson!!
