It was clear that Michael wasn't in it just for another sale; he was sincerely interested in my needs - from the features of the car to the payment I needed to be at. He was extremely patient, trustworthy and solutions driven... I feel fortunate that he was the person who handled my purchase of a new car. We drove over from Jupiter (2.5 hours) so I didn't want to waste my time, but the car was exactly as described, the trade was given the appropriate value without any games, and we were out the door in less than two hours. From the minute I contacted the dealership via e-mail to the minute I drove my new leased VW Beetle convertible off the lot, everyone in this location was terrific. My appointment with the sales rep(s) (Mike and Jeff) was confirmed by Monica on the day of, the guys let me test drive a few vehicles to help me in my decision, then when it got down to numbers, Jeff's manager sharpened his pencil and I was able to drive my car off the lot within a few hours of making the decision. Good energy in this dealership, and good people - great follow-up and because of this, (and the love of driving this new car), I will consider VW of Naples again when this lease is up in 3 years!
