Michael was really great to work with as he was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and listened closely to what we wanted. We bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and could not be happier with the conditio knowledgeable, not pushy, and listened closely to what we wanted. This dealership is amazing in everyway. From my first interactions with them they were courteously and tentative. Were willing to do anything the customer needed. We found the perfect car at Volkswagen of Naples! It was gently used and the interior and exterior were both in perfect condition. Our salesperson, Michael Schutt, was friendly, helpful, professional and ve gently used and the interior and exterior were both in perfect condition. Michael was great !! We came in from an internet lead. He followed up before I came in. He greeted me at the front door with a water, and the car I was originally going to test drive was up front gassed He followed up before I came in. He greeted me at the front door with a water, and the car I was originally going to test drive was up front gassed and read to go. He was very patient as I tried out three other models. Michael's walk around and product knowledge was top notch ! I would definitely recommend this store to a friend or relative. More

The total experience was very professional and comfortable. Mike, Ted and Rex handled the entire process with care and consideration for my needs. However, it was confusing when (at closing) we we comfortable. Mike, Ted and Rex handled the entire process with care and consideration for my needs. However, it was confusing when (at closing) we were asked to sign a "no warrantee" document that was probably the normal procedure, after all, it was a certified used car with a warrantee included with the purchase. This procedure should be more clearly written. This dealership will be highly recommended. There sales team and financial manager are the best that I have dealt with. More
