We wanted a vehicle that would be safe, gas friendly, one he could grow with. We ended up deciding on a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We had the pleasure of working with "Michael" who was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and very professional. There was no pushy sales approach like we've experienced from other dealerships. Michael was very attentive and he really listened to our needs and wants, and helped us find a vehicle that not only checked off all the boxes, but was also within our budget in terms of what we were willing to spend. After we completed the financing portion of the sale, Michael took his time explaining all the features in the vehicle and made sure he knew how to use them before we drove away. From start to finish, from Sales, to Management (Michael), to Finance (Keith) this was by far the most positive car experience for us, and I'm confident we will be back! More

We were in the market for an SUV and spotted the BMW X7 in the lot. We stopped and talked to Mike Sarovitch and arranged to test drive it the next day. After we decided to buy the car he was helpful every step of the way, including dealing with a missing key and involving Jake Spooner, who helped us with the many electronic features of the car. Jake also volunteered to help us at any time in the future, which was reassuring since the technology can certainly be confusing and overwhelming. Overall, this was a very pleasant buying experience and we would highly recommend Mike Sarovitch and Naples VW/Audi . We recently purchased a Volkswagen Atlas from VW of Naples. We were so grateful to have had Ruben from their Sales Department work with us.
