Sales process took too long short look at vehicle and minimal test drive was my fault. I didn't do due diligence as I wasn't further interested until I saw a final price. That process took hours of sitting alone at a desk while Micheal left to do whatever salesmen do. Cash sale with no trade, just wanted best price available. The games began with about a 4 hour process, missed lunch and dinner 1:00-6:00 after all the waiting was done including finance and paperwork. I purchased the car and will love it if it holds up. Process of upselling me an extended warranty heightened my fears about the quality and reliability of my Toyota. I need road hazard for those high dollar tires, be ready for electronics to fail, oil changes are high being synthetic...all info given me, which did not let me leave feeling calm and /or excited. Two chips in the windshield and inoperative passenger door actuator showed themselves in the first 24 hours. Cant believe these were not dealt with as it was a certified car. I still have not tried everything on the car to see if all works, again my fault, but I wrongfully assumed that Sun Toyota would have done that in it's process. I paid them about $1200 for something? work done to ready the vehicle for sale? plus the $995 dealer prep. I am obviously not a savvy car buyer but thought the process would have been different than the old days of holding a prospective buyer so long in negotiation. Actually, it is sit forever and then make a quick decision. Finance dept did assist me in swapping financing to my own credit union a few days after the Sunday sales date and hopefully will get me my title and paperwork from out of state. More

I referred by fiancée last month who ended up buying a used Accord they had on the lot and 3 weeks after I drove away with a 2020 Camry SE. I have to say that the customer service is outstanding and again their professionalism is always consistent! Valen and Mike S. are awesome!! Don’t turn the other way because of their young age! These guys are knowledgeable, hardworking, and let me mention again PROFESSIONAL & AWESOME!! We have never enjoyed sitting in a dealership for hours but seriously these guys make it all that much better! Also I don’t usually mention managers but these two managers James W. and Jaafar were just as awesome!! Thanks guys for your outstanding service!!! Will definitely be back!!! More
