Excellent salesman (Michael Scott) Mike went over every detail of the Rav 5 we were buying. Explaining and demonstrating each system on the car. Funny and outgoing personality.. Major negative was signing the various documents to complete the sale. Introduced to "Sal" who led us through the signing. Their was no explaining what we were signing or initialing. Just sign here, initial here, initial here , sign here, etc, etc etc. Had no idea what we were signing. It was late and maybe he was tired, but curt and fast with no understanding on our part. Wife seriously irritated over perceived price negotiating pressure by "Issac" (?) to make the sale. More
