The staff and dealership are very accommodating and professional. Everyone is very attentive to the customers. Overall the dealership has a lot to offer with inventory and incentives. What you need to know is we bought that truck not because of price but our salesman Michael Scott. He is the best salesman with up most professionalism, grace and most wonderful personality I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of buying vehicles. Buying a good used car at a reasonable price has become more challenging. Sun Toyota seems to have delivered on that with this 2016 Jeep Patriot. Excellent salesman (Michael Scott) Mike went over every detail of the Rav 5 we were buying. Explaining and demonstrating each system on the car. Funny and outgoing personality.. Major negative was signing the various documents to complete the sale. Introduced to "Sal" who led us through the signing. Their was no explaining what we were signing or initialing. Just sign here, initial here, initial here , sign here, etc, etc etc. Had no idea what we were signing. It was late and maybe he was tired, but curt and fast with no understanding on our part. Wife seriously irritated over perceived price negotiating pressure by "Issac" (?) to make the sale. More
