I placed a 1k deposit towards a BMW M2 Xdri, vehicle is not in production and will not be for a few months, deposit is for an allocation only. I had to request re refund due to a separate matter which arose, Mike tried to claim i would not be able to deposit again, a mere line to avoid refund and or lose sale. My refund request was on a Wednesday, in was not processed until the Monday after; despite bogus lines saying it was processed. Needless to say, I won't deposit again, i will go to another dealer whom isn't so shady. More

While the dealer was responsive, they used deceptive practices as we were closing the deal. On their own website, there was an offer for the month of March to combine 1.99% financing with loyalty rebate practices as we were closing the deal. We qualified for top tier credit, but were told in the finance office that 1.99 apr could not be combined with loyalty rebates. This conflicted with the website and what the sales team stated. This is a deceptive marketing activity and should be reported to consumer financial protection bureau. The finance guy offered to throw in all weather mats as a concession. They are already included per the window sticker. Would not do business with them again. More

Very, very disappointed in Sales and Service! I have bought several vehicles in my lifetime and will never again purchase from this dealership. The car was purchased CPO. It had damaged wheels that needed to be repaired. It was due for a oil and brake fluid changes - I brought them to another BMW dealership to have them done. I returned the vehicle to this dealership to straighten the wheels. They told me two days. It took a week. I'm okay with that, but they would not give me an ETA, nor would return my calls. Two rear sensors fell out of their mounting slots. Repaired by the dealership. The Service Department wanted me to pay for the services. They had to get authorization from Sales. I understand that, but I specifically asked Sales to provide me with a contact in the Service Department so that I could bypass this the explanation step. Nope. No response. I had to make those connections. When I finally picked my car up, the Service Adviser acted as she never met me. Well, she will never meet me again! The Sales Department promised to send me all weather rear seat floor mats. I have not received them in two months. More
