I purchased my 2nd Toyota from this dealership about 2 months ago and had a great experience! The car mentioned above was in an accident which totaled the vehicle. That being said, once the other car was paid off, I went into Conicelli for another Sienna. I was warmly greeted upon entry when I asked for my Sales Consultant Jon Campo. Jon came out with a smile and the rest is history. I was looking for the best deal possible and that led us to the 13s. They did not have much inventory so we went on the web and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle for us. The car was sent in from another Toyota dealer and I picked up the car 2 days later. Jon made it simple!!!!!!!!! On another note, due to the rebates etc., I even came home with a lower monthly payment than I had on a car that I purchased 2 months previous. Please ask for Jon Campo if you want a nice guy as well as someone who is dedicated to getting you the car you deserve! Lastly, one of my least favorite parts of the purchase is the paperwork. I met a sales representative as my husband dropped me off at the main entrance to their show room. Frank Copelin was every bit patient and understanding, no rushing or high pressure. He listened to what I wanted in a car, showed me some of their models, and we went for a test drive. The Camry ran like a dream. I would rate Frank as a master sales representative who knows how to make his customers happy and takes great joy in doing so. I wanted the 2013 model so Frank researched the available 2013 Camry's in the area and had one driven to their dealership for me. The match was perfect and it has many features within the car that I didn't think I could ever have afforded. They made that happen! Not only was I able to take advantage of the various end-of-the-year deals, but the Conicelli Protection Plan and Two Year Free Maintenance Plan, including free State Inspections, is an extra saving and service that one just cannot turn away from. Their new service center will be completed within the month with every aspect of customer service in mind. Although it may sound corny, they made me feel like a member of the Conicelli family. We were treated and referred to as "Guests" with every courtesy extended by all. It was a wonderful, hassle-free experience. We just happened to go there by chance. I hope that everyone looking for a new car goes to Conicelli because of this review and the many other positive reviews and comments. You will be thanking your lucky stars that you did. More

He handled all of our paperwork smoothly - even when we didn't have all the exact forms we needed. My husband and I had a lot of questions and Michael patiently answered all of them, and made sure we've understood all finer points of lease agreement. He also took his time to show us different features of our new car. Overall Michael spent 3 hours with us and never made us feel as we are using too much of his time or rushing us to sign any papers. They really wanted us to be completely happy with our purchase. Mike really knew the RAV4 in and out and gave us all of the information we needed plus more. He also knew a lot about comparable small SUVs in the market and helped us to differentiate what we loved about the RAV4. He showed us all of the features and explained everything in sufficient detail. We had looked at a similar small SUV at Mazda earlier in the day, and Jack was able to get really close to the price we were comfortable with. We really loved the RAV4 and with Jack's help we were extremely happy with our purchase. Mike was super helpful with our sign and drive, especially since my husband couldn't be there with me. He even set up my Bluetooth and explained how to work everything. My car was pristine and perfect when I drove it home. I would definitely recommend Conicelli of Conshohocken to anyone and will definitely return in the future. Thanks so much for an awesome experience!! We visited Conicelli Toyota on December 26th due to the number of vehicles at their location to look at. The dealership reception was very nice and helpful. I gave him the information on a Toyota Highlander I was interested in test driving and he brought it out for me in a short amount of time. As we drove, Michael reviewed the car with me and answered all of my questions. Back at the dealership, he was very clear and descriptive of each step in the process of purchasing the vehicle. Michael sat with us and carefully explained each warranty in detail continuing to answer any questions I had to my satisfaction. I thought we would have to work on agreeing on a price but It was actually even better than I anticipated. Michael even told us about a place to eat while the car was detailed for us. Financing was a quick and easy process. After purchase,Michael took us out to the car and reviewed even more about it's capabilites. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Mike was extremely profesional fromt he moment I walked through the door. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stick to. I could tell that he was actually listening to through the door. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stick to. After seeing a few cars and a couple of test drives I had a feeling of what I was after but wasn't sure if we could make the price range I was looking for. As it turns out he was actually able to get me well under my price! I drove off the lot in my new car that night. More
