Michael's complete knowlegde of the mechanisms and operation of the Avalon was superior to anyone person that I have ever encountered. His handling of the transaction's paper work made the purchace a postive experince without any hassles. The fact that both my wife and I were given the time to completely understand the full opertion of the car inside and out was a major plus. Since we had traveld from the Jersey Shore to purchace the vehicle, Michael made a contact call the following day to make sure we had arrived home safely and if we had any additional concerns about the operation of our new 2012 Avelon. Michael's customer relationship can only be described as above average and rated Excellent. Mike is a wonderal person to deal with. There was no pressure to buy a car. After visiting many car dealerships on many occasions I expected an uncomfortable and somewhat detatched conversation with a total stranger who would go off and leave me stewing and thinking What am I even expected an uncomfortable and somewhat detatched conversation with a total stranger who would go off and leave me stewing and thinking What am I even doing here anyway as it happened on other occasions but to my suprise I was met by a very personable and friendly man who never pressured me in any way.I really had no intention of compleating a deal right away just to get a comparative quote on car and price before making my final decision.I found that what I wanted was the topic of the entire conversation and I wasnt channeled into an area that I didnt want to be in the first place.Michael took me on a test drive of a Scion which I had asked about .We carried on an adult conversation again without pressure.The more time I spent with this man the more comfortable I felt.Of course the car was fun to drive and seemed to meet my needs as well.I got to the point where I felt why go any where else.This is my third new car expiriance and let me tell you the other two left me thinking that I hope I never have to do that again but this time was different I would recommend this man and this dealership anytime. We had shopped with another Conicelli dealership in the past and decided to shop around first. Our salesperson, Mike Shulski went out of his way to answer our questions and even now - after purchase - he is still willing to help us by answering questions and helping us set up the many features on our new car. He also made sure the finishing touches were made to our new vehicle! Finance Manager Luke Beyer and Finance Director Joe Sabatini, were equally patient with our seemingly endless (and sometimes repetitive) questions! Mike, Luke, an Joe were all friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable about all of their vehicles and those of their competitors and ensured the best deal possible! After making a decision on buying a new car, I went to this dealership. I had a 2008 Mazda Tribute and was not happy with it. I got a great deal on a lease on my car and everything was handled in the time frame I needed it to be. When the car I originally wanted wasn't available, they were able to work out a deal for me so that was handled in the time frame I needed it to be.
