I had an excellent experience working with Mike to buy my new Trailblazer. I reached out a month before my lease ended, and he never pressured me to rush into a quick decision. I did indeed wait a month for new Trailblazer. I reached out a month before my lease ended, and he never pressured me to rush into a quick decision. I did indeed wait a month for new deals to come out before going in for a visit. Mike had a car on the lot that fit my requirements and he personally took pictures of that car to send to me. He was incredibly patient while I shopped 2 different cars and never pressured me to buy his car. He efficiently moved the process along and when I went to Finance, the process was quite quick and he too was very patient with my questions. Unlike other dealerships where I encountered dishonesty, Mike was honest and transparent throughout the process. Highly recommend! More
