Long day with no satisfaction I went in there today trying to find a car I found online that my daughter loved. We took it for a small test with the salesman. Then we took it for I went in there today trying to find a car I found online that my daughter loved. We took it for a small test with the salesman. Then we took it for a test drive for my son in law who is mechanical inclined and when he showed me a tube they should have fixed it broke off and burned his arm with radiator fluid. The car had to be towed from our house back to the dealer thus waiting around my house for an hour and a half for the tow truck to show up. Then the tow truck driver tells me he has all of his ribs broken at this point and can’t push the car so my neighbor and I had to push the car so the tow truck driver could hook it up (2 women in their 50’s pushing a car). Then we get back to the dealership and they are saying my credit score is 50 points lower then what actually TransUnion (I called to verify) shows it as. They took no account for my total inconvenience or the injury my son in law incurred from their faulty vehicle! Proceed with caution with this dealer!! They don’t care!!! More

Nothing but good Mike was my salesman. No pressure. New what he was talking about .the process went very fast for buying a vehicle. Did not have to run to salesmanager Mike was my salesman. No pressure. New what he was talking about .the process went very fast for buying a vehicle. Did not have to run to salesmanager.every minute. Sales manager came out and talked a few minutes we never talked about the deal just our lives closed deal with Mike. Was a good time. Would recommend to anyone More

Overall a good experience We found the car we were looking for online. After checking with the dealership of its availability, they set up an appointment to see it and take it We found the car we were looking for online. After checking with the dealership of its availability, they set up an appointment to see it and take it for a test drive. After the drive and decided we wanted the SUV, Michael and Eric worked with us to get the payments that we wanted. With that said, we will be back to purchase a new car from Sunrise Chevy. More
