I wish I could split this review in two parts: the good part and the bad part. I had a great experience with Michael Stockhausen and Josh Zacher. I was impressed with the dealership, the friendliness, part and the bad part. I had a great experience with Michael Stockhausen and Josh Zacher. I was impressed with the dealership, the friendliness, the receptiveness, the organization, the appearance, and even the fair prices. Of all the dealerships I've visited this past month, this one clearly had it going on and done right. I was able to negotiate for a fantastic and fair price on the car I was looking to get. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership and working with Michael Stockhausen and Josh Zacher, they really are friendly, honest guys who I would trust to look out for your best interests and provide you with a fair deal. Things changed when they handed me off to Ramon Rodriguez, the finance (paperwork) guy. I had a terrible experience with him. He was just a friendly as the other guys, but he was very rushed. He did not take the time to look over the documents carefully, and review and explain what we were going through. He cited that he was excited to leave that day for a trip to Vegas. He ended up adding over 4,000 dollars to what I had previously agreed with Josh and Michael, and not fairly explaining and mentioning what he was doing. I made the mistake of going along with it, without forcing him to slow down and let me review each document carefully. I thought I had been duped. I gained a lot of respect for the Lester Glenn dealership when to my surprise, when I contacted Mike and Josh when I realized what happened, they were very suprised, sorry, and best of all willing to re-do the paperwork. I came back to the dealership, and worked with a different finance guy. Everything went perfect that time. The opportunity to re-do the deal really proved to me that Mike, Josh, and Lester Glenn as a whole really is an honest dealership that will do the honorable thing. I would go back to Lester Glenn again, I would just avoid Ramon. More

He and Ramon went above and beyond getting me the best deal. I went back the next day drop off my title for my trade and again was greeted with a big smile and hug. Every question I had was answered. Will be back in the future to purchase another wonderful vehicle and I will be recommending my family and friends. THANKS AGAIN TRAVIS and RAMON!!!!
